Digital Products All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for refunds. If you have any difficulty accessing your digital file, please let us know so we can assist you in accessing your purchase.

Appointment Cancellation Policy Payment for a session or package of sessions with Marina is final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel prior to your scheduled appointment, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a future time. Please provide the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Appointments are available at our discretion and may be rescheduled or canceled for any reason. If we cancel your appointment on our end and cannot find a satisfactory time to reschedule, you will receive a refund.

Refund Policy Fees for private sessions, recorded readings, session packages, guided meditations, recordings, eBooks and other digital products, and group programs with Marina are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your space for a package or group with Marina. There is no guarantee of availability of any services or special offers.

Recordings We will make every attempt to record live virtual sessions at your request as a courtesy. Recordings of in-person sessions are not guaranteed. In the case of user error or technology failure, a recording may not be available. Please take notes or bring your own recorder if you wish.
