I’m the author of this book Astrology Heals: The Ormes Method of Transformational Astrology. Astrology does indeed help you transform and heal, and what I want to talk to you about today is a part of my book that goes into the topic of Aligned Manifestation.
What is Aligned Manifestation?
What does Aligned Manifestation mean? It means that when we are aligned with the outcomes we want to create, we are more effective at achieving them. That is true whether it is a project you want to complete, healing yourself, working on a relationship, or anything that you’re working on or that you imagine could be better.
Aligned Manifestation helps you get to where you want to be. What I talk about in my book is how there are these three areas that we can work on that help us.
My last video was about restoring balance. In that video, I talked about this part of the triangle [see graphic below] that is called Whole Self Wellness. I talk about wellness on the level of mind, body, spirit, and emotion.
So, in the Restoring Balance video we talked about balance for Whole Self Wellness. What I want to talk to you about today is taking that balance and putting it toward manifesting the healing and growth and outcomes that you want, so you can create the things that are important to you.
Aligned manifestation simply means bringing together these four elements?air earth, fire, and water. These elements align with mind, body, spirit, and emotion. When we are talking about aligned manifestation, what we want to do is get our mindset, our self-care, our actions, and our feelings all working together toward the outcomes that we want.
It’s not mysterious, it’s not inaccessible. This is something anybody can do.
Making it Realistic
You hear things out there about the power of positive thinking, like, ?If you just think positive you are going to create positive things.? And it sounds great, but it’s not quite that simple, right? Because we are human beings and life is complicated and complex. We have stresses on us and we have things that were responsible for and it’s just not very realistic to always think positively.
Also, the reason that life is complicated sometimes is because we have things to learn. Stepping into the fullness of our potential, continuing to get better at who we are and how we handle different situations? that’s what this is all about. Learning, growing, and getting better at being who we’re here to be.
So when you are working toward something, or imagining something, how do you make it happen? It could be as big as imagining a future that you want to live in. If you want to get beyond feeling overwhelmed about the problems in the world, you can challenge yourself to imagine what a future would look like that really works the way you want it to.
If you can notice the problems, can you take it further and imagine a world where those problems were solved? Give yourself?even something as simple as giving yourself time to spend imagining what you want instead of getting angry or upset or disappointed about things being the way they are can help you align with your capacity to create those ideal outcomes.
What you are doing is becoming who you need to be in order to be an active participant in creating those outcomes. While it might feel big, and it is big? what you’re doing is working on your own little piece of that bigger puzzle. And it doesn’t have to be as big as changing the world. It could be as simple as something that’s important to you in your personal life. Either way, the same approaches work.
The first element is air, and mind, so your mindset. When you give yourself time to get your mindset aligned?positive thinking is part of it?and imagining the outcomes you want? what does that look like? What does it feel like? What kind of mindset is going to be aligned with what you want, rather than doubting it or pushing it away because you are afraid it won’t happen?
The next element is earth, which relates to the body and self-care. Self-care is taking care of yourself so that you are preparing yourself to be willing to receive the outcomes that you want. When you take care of yourself you’re teaching yourself how to receive. Your capacity to receive is really important.
Next is going to be fire, which relates to spirit and action. Your actions, what you do, are important as well. So it’s important to get your actions in alignment with your heart, your truth, and your ability taking action steps. This is about taking steps, doing things in the world, and doing things in your life that are proactive rather than reactive.
Then water, or feelings, is the last one. Your capacity to feel the way you want to feel can help you align with and manifest the things you want. This is about letting yourself feel the way it feels when you have what you want. It is about reminding yourself what it feels like when those outcomes happen. Teaching yourself how to feel good in more ways, in different ways helps you align your feelings with more positive outcomes, happiness. and joy. Bringing those into your life are all part of aligning yourself with creating more of that.
All Four Levels Are Needed!
The more you work on these four levels: mindset, self-care, actions, and feelings (that are connected to the outcomes you want, the things that are important to you, the things you can imagine and envision), the more you align yourself with your capacity to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem.
This helps you honor yourself and step into your potential to create and experience the things that you want to have in your life, whether that is a relationship, finishing a creative project, or finding a job or career you want. This will help you achieve the things that are important to you that are harder for you to imagine stepping into.
By aligning yourself in these four ways you’re going to support your process of having your desires unfold in a way that truly supports you, your soul, and your spirit.
