I love to use the future to inform the present. Because the future has not yet come to pass, it holds all possibilities for what may unfold. That is the definition of the future.
And the possibilities that lie in the future only stop being possibilities and become reality or truth in the present and the past.
So think about your future. In fact, imagine yourself reaching the end of your life. When you get there, how will you look back on things? What would make you feel as if you fully lived what was most important?
Can you see that what is most important to you is one possibility for how your future may unfold?

Recently I shared a blog post with you about how whole-self healing includes healing in four dimensions: body, mind, emotion, and spirit. And as human beings we have needs at all of these levels.
We tend to think of ?wellness? as being free from disease, injury, or discomfort, but in fact wellness can encompass something much greater. It can include joy, happiness, and living a life of meaning and purpose.
When you use who you are to help others by bringing greater beauty, peace, healing, understanding, expression, innovations, or new perspectives, you facilitate changes that make the world a better place. And living a life of meaning and purpose by making your own contribution is an important component of your personal whole-self wellness.
Your?life purpose has meaning to?you. When you are on track with it, it feels right. It may include something you create, or it may simply be about your attitude or way of being in the world. It may be about family, friends, community or the wider world. It may be about the here and now or the big picture. It is what feels important and meaningful to you.
Living your purpose is not something anyone else can tell you how to do, but the good news is there are some wonderful tools out there that can help you trust your own inner wisdom about what you need to do and who you need to be.*
When you are doing what is most important to you, your well-being can flow in a much bigger and more grounded way, even if your life is not in a physically ?perfect? state otherwise.
The present moment is the place where the future becomes the past. So let yourself be anchored in the reality that all possibilities lie ahead, and in the present moment you choose from that infinite potential what is becoming real. When you choose what is truly most important to you, you are fulfilling your life purpose.
